Our website grants you non-exclusive limited license to use the web templates and other products sold through our website (www.pethemes.com) by
PE Themes (the “Products”) in accordance with these Terms & Conditions (the “License”) issued by our company.
1. Theme Licensing & Usage
Magento:
All our Magento themes are licensed under the following licenses:
Non-Exclusive Single Domain License: Our themes should be used by our customers on a single domain for which they purchase.
Non-Exclusive Multiple Domain License: Our themes can be used on a multiple domains as much as ever you like to use.
Javascript
Most of our themes use JavaScript libraries, which usually have their own license, and do not inherit our theme license.
2. Photoshop Files License
The photoshop design files for our themes come packaged seperately and are not Non-Exclusive Single Domain License. They are licensed and copyrighted under PE Themes. You are not allowed to redistribute these files in any way.
3. Updates
Theme updates are available to customers who have made a theme purchase.
All themes are always designed to be compatible with the latest available version of Magento.
4. Themes Compatibility
It is our responsibility to always keep the themes up-to-date and working with the latest version of Magento. Our themes are developed and fine-tuned for Magento 1.3.2.4 or higher, any version prior to that may have problems with some theme functionality. If you find some problems please leave a support discussion on our support forum.
5. Browser Compatibility
Our themes support all modern web browsers including (but not limited to) Firefox, Safari, Chrome (all on PC & Mac) & Internet Explorer.
6. Delivery
After we have succesfully received your payment, your Individual Theme information will be emailed to the email adress you provided. This may take up to 1 hour but usually happens within minutes. If you do not receive an email after this time period, mail us at support@pethemes.com along with your order id. Upon logging in with the provided credentials, you will have instant access to all our themes and the support forum.
Note: No invoices will be available for your purchases / subscriptions, as the Paypal sales receipt is deemed to be sufficient financial information.
7. Ownership
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of PE Themes. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
8. Refund Policy
Since PE Themes is offering non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods we do not issue refunds after the subscription or individual theme purchase is made, which you are responsible for understanding upon registering at our site.
9. Support
PE Themes offers these templates and designs ‘as is’, with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish or with all 3rd party components and plugins. You can actively ask for support on the forum which our members would actively respond to it. We see to it your problem would be resolved within 24 to 48 hrs.
