How do I pay for your themes?

Currently we use paypal as our payment processor. After you select a theme package you would be taken to the checkout screen, where you would be redirected to our merchant page at paypal (Payment processor) and complete your payment. Once you completed the payment you can login to your account and download the themes under "Orders" section.

I still haven't received any e-mail and can't log in. How long it will take?

Usually the email is sent the moment your payment is approved. If you haven't received your themes for more than 1 hr then please do mail us with your order information at support@pethemes.com

I can't find my themes after going to "Orders" section?

If you can't see your themes at first login then your order would be pending. So just contact us with your order information at support@pethemes.com

Package questions:

Does my standard single domain theme package will never expire?

Yes your standard single domain theme package will never expire. You can continually enjoy the benefits of the updates or patches every time we release it.

What is the difference between standard and developer packages?

Standard package works best for the end customer. Developer packages works best for the web design agencies or companies which resell our themes. It suits better for designers, who can customize it to their needs since it comes with the PSD designs.

Does my individual single domain theme purchase comes with the PSD?

Yes, it comes with the developer package and not with the standard package. Please check out our pricing options available.

Which browsers, browser versions and operating systems do you test the themes on?

We test all our themes on Internet explorer 6, 7, 8, latest versions of Firefox and safari. Regarding the operating systems, our themes are independent regardless of the operating system you use and will work as long as magento is properly installed.

How often do you update your themes?

We update immediately whenever we find any bugs or any new feature that is been added. We would update the account page with the log information.

Do I need to keep the PE Themes logo on footer?

No, You can remove our credit link in the footer and please also check our Terms and conditions page for its usage.

Can I use the themes on multiple sites?

Yes if you have purchased the standard multiple domains or developer multiple domains, please check our Pricing page for options.

Can I report bugs or suggestions?

Yes you are absolutely welcome on that. Please register yourselves and you can leave a thread on our support discussion and our team would contact you to discuss in further if it adds value to the large sets of customers.
